Dr Gear�id � hAllmhur�in is an Irish historian \r\nand anthropologist specialising in ethnomusicology and \r\ncurrently lecturing at the University of San Francisco. \r\nA leading authority on the history of Irish traditional\r\nmusic, he is also an accomplished multi-instrumentalist \r\nwith several All-Ireland titles on concertina and \r\nuilleann pipes to his credit. \r\n\r\n\r\n
