The songs in this album are reminders of an idyllic past spent by Fiona and her family in the most westerly point of Co. Clare.Her parents ran an Irish language centre in the village of Carrigaholt and these are the songs taught by her father,so lovingly,to generations of childrensongs which still evoke powerful and haunting memories.A beautiful singing album of 2004 in the Irish language.
