Leonard Barry (uilleann pipes, whistles) from Kerry and now living in Sligo has been described as a “a master” (Living Tradition).

Rick Epping (harmonica, concertina, 5-string banjo, jaw harp, vocals) is a legend of the folk music scene. From California, Rick is one of the world’s leading harmonica players: “I’ve never heard better” (Doc Watson).

Andy Morrow (fiddle) from Co. Leitrim is from a family steeped in traditional music and has played the fiddle from the age of eight.

Seamie O'Dowd (guitar, mandolin, fiddle, vocals) from Co. Sligo is one of the most loved and respected musicians in Ireland today.

Stone Walls and Street Lights”, the much-anticipated first CD released in 2016, features tunes and songs with New Road’s unique blend of uilleann pipes, fiddle, harmonica, concertina, 5-string banjo, guitar, mandolin, jaw harp and bodhrán. Guest artists on the album include bodhrán legend Johnny “Ringo” McDonagh of Arcady and De Dannan, Cathy Jordan of Dervish and The Unwanted, and Sligo guitarist Shane McGowan, who has performed with Sean Keane and Lunasa.
